MCCSC Jackrabbit Program

> Cross Country Canada Youth Programs


The MCCSC Jackrabbit program will hold its first session for the season on the first Saturday (1:00 p.m.) after New Years Day conditions permitting. Lessons will continue through the winter each Saturday. For more information on this program, please see below or contact the club at 622-6991.


Bunny Rabbit Program : is offered to children of 5 years of age and younger. The objective is to introduce youth to cross-country skiing and the healthy lifestyle associated with it as well as to develop their skills while having fun.

Jackrabbit Program: is aimed at children six to nine years of age. The objective is to develop technique, fitness and speed. This program has an award system to help children keep track of their progress.

Track Attack Program: is directed at youth ten to thirteen years of age. The objective is to control and improve technique from the Jackrabbit program.

All of these programs are part of Cross-Country Canada's programs.
